Who is Todd Holman

As a Navy veteran and dedicated member of the Sons of the American Revolution, my journey into genealogy spans over two enriching decades. Growing up amidst the majestic Sierra Nevada, I developed an early appreciation for the stories etched within our family histories. This appreciation was nurtured by my mother, whose passion and decades of research inspired me to delve into the intricate tapestry of our ancestry.

Today, I reside in Fredericksburg, Virginia, a locale steeped in historical significance, providing a deeper context for my pursuits. I am a father, a husband, and a fervent historian, education has added layers of understanding to my research, guiding me through the complexities of our nation's past. Each ancestor uncovered not only tells a story but creates a connection to the broader narrative of American history.

Genealogy is not merely a hobby; it is a way of honoring those who came before us. As I explore the lives and legacies of my forebears, I am continually reminded of the sacrifices made and the paths forged that shape our identity today. Each document I uncover, each tale I retell, weaves a richer story of who we are and where we come from. This journey embodies a profound commitment to preserving our heritage for future generations, a legacy that I am proud to uphold.

My mother, Lynn Carla Holman (Hobart) (1947-2024), with me, Todd Allen Holman (1975-Living), on my mother's birthday, December 12, 2010.
